The Community Contributor Award for Most Viewed and Best Trending Articles is a prestigious honor presented by the Sri Lankan Tech Community to recognize members who have made exceptional contributions through their writing.


The award will be announced twice a year, in January and June, and the official awarding ceremony will be held in August.

Key Criteria for Articles:

  • High-Quality Writing: Articles that are well-researched, clearly articulated, and effectively organized.
  • Impact: Content that meaningfully assists, educates, or inspires the community, addressing real-world problems or advancing important discussions.

  • Expertise: Demonstrated depth of knowledge and authority in the relevant subject area.

Typical Criteria for the Community Contributor Award include:
  • The number of reads, likes, shares, and upvotes an article receives.
